FAQs
DadStill is a personalized box built to help dads show up — especially when they don’t live in the same house, or the same routine, as their kids. Each box is made to feel like it came directly from you, not a company.
Absolutely! You can tailor the boxes based on our tested products. Each box is based on your child’s age, interests, and emotional tone, including personal notes, gifts, and activities. So you tailor it, we put it together. It’s not 100% selective products, but we ensure every box meets you kids needs. If you want something special, let us know and we can make that happen too. But don’t forget the confetti!
You can go to Amazon or a store for a one-time box. We base our company on consistent deliveries so that you always show up. Without consistency, there is no connection.
Sort of. Kind of. Not really.
We offer recurring box options (monthly, quarterly, weekly), but every box is custom and intentional — not auto-filled with fluff. You can also send a one-time box for a big moment or emotional milestone.
Every box is built around your child’s age, interests, and emotional tone — with input from you. That might include:
A personal message from you (written by you or with our help)
Small gifts, creative items, cozy clothing, or just joyful chaos
Candy, stickers, inside jokes, or sentimental objects
Card prompts to help you keep expressing yourself over time
No two boxes are the same — but every box feels like you.
Yes — but only if you want to.
You can write it yourself, choose from emotional prompts, or let us help using AI trained to sound like a real dad (not a robot). You’ll have the final say.
They might not. And that’s okay.
This isn’t about getting something back — it’s about sending something real.
Kids remember who showed up, even if they don’t say it right away.
We’ve built boxes for kids as young as 3 and as old as 20.
The content adjusts based on age, interests, and your answers. We keep it appropriate, meaningful, and honest.
We’ve got you. You can create a profile for each child, and we’ll build boxes uniquely for each one. Because what your 7-year-old daughter needs might be very different than what your 14-year-old son needs — and we respect that.
We offer one plan right now: $49/mo + Shipping and Taxes. No hidden fees. No filler.
Yes. Always. We’re not here to trap you — we’re here to help you show up.
You can pause, shift, or cancel your plan anytime.
We use AI to create the perfect box after asking you a few short questions:
Your child’s age
Gender
Interests
What kind of message you want to send
Then we build the box based on that — simple, fast, and from the heart.
A real dad. My name is Ben Brashen and this started as a box for my daughter when I didn’t know how to say what I needed to say. When her eyes lit up, I knew I had to help other dads do the same.
That’s why DadStill exists.
That’s kind of the point.
Most of us don’t.
We help you say something meaningful — even if it’s just a few words. We’ll give you prompts, card starters, or fully written drafts to edit and make your own.
Because it’s not about parenting advice or perfect moments.
It’s about being present.
A box arrives. A kid opens it.
And even if they don’t text back…
They felt you. That’s what matters.
Reach out. We’ll answer like a dad, not a chatbot.
That’s exactly who this is for.
We build boxes that respect the situation and focus solely on your connection with your child.
There’s no “dad vs. mom” energy here — just a moment between you and your kid.
It’s always your call — but our boxes are designed to support peace, not spark conflict.
They’re not loud. They’re not manipulative. They’re not “look what I did” gestures.
They’re quiet, heartfelt moments that speak directly to the child.
But we do love sending confetti!
Not really.
Because we don’t believe in templates — we build each one custom.
But we can show you examples, and you can trust: we never phone it in.
All boxes will be delivered during the first week of each month.
You’ll get a heads-up before each one goes out.
Right now: U.S. only.
International soon — reach out if you’re outside the U.S. and we’ll try to make it happen.
